High cycle stability thanks to reinforced plate construction. SIGA SOLAR batteries are deep-cycle, long-life batteries optimized for solar/photovoltaic applications. These solar batteries offer significantly more charge/discharge cycles than standard deep-cycle batteries. They were developed for cyclic operation and are primarily designed for the leisure, marine/boat, and RV sectors. In terms of cycle resistance, SIGA Solar batteries exceed the requirements of the DIN standard of 600 charge/discharge cycles.

Hermetically sealed and completely maintenance-free – Super Heavy Duty. The deep-cycle Solar Comfort series features the new calcium-silver technology and, with its sophisticated cell design, is a highly reliable deep-cycle battery for a wide range of applications. When used with photovoltaic systems, such as in RVs, this battery can be charged with all common chargers. Thanks to the reinforced lead plates, it offers low self-discharge and consistent, long-lasting cyclic operation.
